Te Waikoropupū Springs

One of the clearest freshwater springs in the world.

The easy loop leads to viewing platforms over the springs, but contact with the water is prohibited to protect its exceptional clarity and cultural significance. Allow time to read the interpretation panels and stay on the formed track. It pairs well with the nearby Pupu Hydro Walkway, though the two walks have separate access points.
