You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel 14 days or more before check-in.

If you cancel within 14 days of check-in, we’ll refund 50% of the booking total.

If you’ve booked through an Online Travel Agency (such as Airbnb or Booking.com), please note that their cancellation terms may differ and will apply to your reservation. You can usually find these details in your confirmation email or by checking your reservation on the platform you booked through.
